In the early 1900's, a young Italian man named Jacopo Bellini had a dream to own his own business. Jacopo grew up in a small village in Italy, where he learned the art of pottery-making from his father and grandfather. He later migrated to New York and began working in a pottery factory where he quickly gained a reputation for his skill and attention to detail. In the 1950s, Jacopo finally had the opportunity to make his dream a reality and purchased a small pottery factory in the heart of the city where he set to work creating his own line of high-quality ceramic tableware. Here is where Jacopo crossed paths with the owner of Kung Kai Hong, a family business located in Hong Kong.

Today, more than a century later, the brand Don Bellini was born. The name as a memorial of the late Jacopo Bellini who was a close family friend and inspired a line of porcelain ceramics tableware with designs and roots dating back to 1900s Italy.
