  • What is the minimum order quantity for your products?

  • What is the lead time for orders?
    All our products has a lead time of [3 - 14 days] depending on availability. If you require any customisations, we will provide you with an exact time frame before placing your order.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we currently offer international shipping.
  • Do you do customisations/made to order?
    Yes, we offer customisation to all our products including colours and finishing. We have a minimum order quantity of 300 pcs for any customisation. For more information, please submit a contact form or email us directly at info@donbellini.com.
  • Do you have catalogues for your products?
    Yes, please find our full downloadable catalogue list for all our collections here.
  • What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with the products?
    If you are not satisfied with your products, we have a 30 day return policy as long as the item is unused and in the condition that you received them. For any orders with customisation, please contact us directly.
  • How do I place an order?

  • What payment terms and methods do you accept?
    We currently accept charges by cheque, wire transfers, debit and credit. Our payment terms depends on the quantity and amount. Please contact us for more details.
  • Can I request a sample of the product before placing an order?
    Depending on where you are located, you can either visit us at our showroom to see physical samples of our full collection, or you can purchase a sample which the amount will be deducted after a bulk order.
  • Are your products dishwasher safe?
    Most of our products are dishwasher safe. Please see our care guide for more information.
  • Do you offer any product warranties or guarantees?
    Yes.
