    All our products has a lead time of [3 - 14 days] depending on availability. If you require any customisations, we will provide you with an exact time frame before placing your order.

  • What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with the products?
    If you are not satisfied with your products, we have a 30 day return policy as long as the item is unused and in the condition that you received them. For any orders with customisation, please contact us directly.

  • Can I request a sample of the product before placing an order?
    Depending on where you are located, you can either visit us at our showroom to see physical samples of our full collection, or you can purchase a sample which the amount will be deducted after a bulk order.
